Adana, the 4th largest Province of Turkey, with over 2M population, and substantial business and tourism opportunities, is noticed to be lacking in 5-star hotel capacity. Adali Holding A.S, established SERKA Turizm A.S. in 2007 took the initiative to add value to the sector by constructing a 5-star hotel.
Built on an area of 64.000sqm with 227 bed capacity, convention halls, ballrooms, restaurants, bars, fitness centre, indoor & outdoor swimming pools and other amenities, the hotel will be the biggest 5-star hotel in the location. Negotiations with the world’s leading Hotel Chain – Sheraton have been established, to operate the hotel which will remedy the deficiency in the region. Located downtown in Adana, efforts have been initiated for the completion of the hotel at the end of 2012. SERKA tourism endeavors to accomplish new projects that will initiate other business opportunities in the new future.
