SERKA provided Catering Services for Northern & Southern Iraq U.S. Military Bases in support of U.S. Military Troops and eligible civilian personnel, feeding 65.000 individuals. SERKA provided 4 times a day hot-meal to cited personnel for over 7 years throughout OIF. Through our catering service operations at (15) Forward Operating Bases (FOBs), SERKA served in excess of three million hot meals each month to Coalition Forces.
